About the Role
Stokes Interiors is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Northern Cape. As a key member of our design and construction team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ designs to life. With a strong focus on technical drawing, 3D modeling, and site visits, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings and construction documentation
- Produce 3D models and visualisations to support design development
- Assist with design development and client consultations
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and site conditions
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Fusion 360
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them creatively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to conduct site visits and work independently when required
