Job Specification Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls. Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field 4 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating Key performance indicators The GOLD business imperatives displayed below are to be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role.
