About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to join our leadership team at HotelJobs, a 4-star hotel based in Accra, Ghana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our diverse F&B outlets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B outlets
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service
- Manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure profitability
- Maintain impeccable quality, hygiene, and brand standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sub Saharan Africa
- Fluency in English required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within 4* hotels
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, & communication skills
- Passion for food, wine, & guest service excellence
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
- Certification in hospitality or related field (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
