Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join their team in Paarl, WC. As a Junior Sales & Marketing Representative, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by assisting with customer interactions, promoting products, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Your role will involve engaging with clients, managing leads, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring that our products are effectively marketed to the right audience. You will work closely with senior sales personnel to grow the business and strengthen customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the agricultural sector while developing their skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Customer Engagement

• Assist in handling customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Support senior sales representatives in maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads and potential clients to nurture relationships.
• Prepare quotations and assist in processing sales orders.
• Provide support in resolving customer concerns and enquiries.
  

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, and
• website updates).
• Help create promotional materials, brochures, and product catalogues.
• Gather market insights and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote Spilo Agris products.

  Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across marketing materials.
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing is a plus.
