About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Customer Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, financial management, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of national customer service representatives
- Mitigate stock losses, back-order backlog, and finance/cost compliance
- Ensure customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and service compliance
- Oversee order management, pricing control, technical asset control management, and monthly asset leasing and equipment invoicing
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
- Completed Matric
- Qualification in business administration or related
- 5 years experience in managing a team of national customer service representatives
- Strong financial and inventory understanding (FIFO, stock risks, etc.)
- Solid background in order management, pricing control, technical asset control management, and monthly asset leasing and equipment invoicing
- Fluency in English
- Valid drivers licence
- Own car
