- Tersiëre kwalifikasie in Landbou of ten minste 3 jaar ondervinding in tegniese boerdery
- Sterk rekenaarvaardighede
- Goeie menseverhoudinge en leidinggewende vermoë
Vereistes:
- Beplan, monitor en skeduleer plaagbeheer
- Ontwikkel en implementeer plantprogramme
- Moniteer gehalte van plantwerk binne kweekhuise
- Moniteer en implementeer kultivarproewe en produksie
- Aankoop en bestuur van plaagbeheermiddels en kunsmis
- Bestuur van tegniese personeel
- Implementering en hantering van alle boerderyverwante oudits, insluitend Global GAP, Farming for the Future, DAFF en Siza Environmental
- Opstel en opleiding van standaard prosedures
- Opstel en opleiding van pligstate
- Toepassing van dissiplinêre standaarde
