About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client in the manufacturing industry is urgently seeking a skilled HR Clerk to join their team in Iswepe, Mpumalanga. This is a FTC position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Generate labour statistics reports.
Manage and maintain personnel data and records for bargaining unit staff.
Prepare documentation for new hires and employee departures.
Administer time and attendance records.
Adhere to production and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with ISO and Quality Management Systems standards.

Requirements

Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification with passing grades in English and Core Mathematics.
Human Resources Diploma or Degree, or actively working towards completing one.
At least 12 months of work experience in a Human Resources setting.
At least 12 months of experience using a time and attendance system.
A minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft 365.
Proficient in using Microsoft 365.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and isiZulu.
