Job Description
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging instructional content for IT courses, aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, virtual classes, and practical hands-on labs.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive, collaborative learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills.
Requirements
- NQF6 or higher qualification (industry certifications and higher NQF levels advantageous).
- Proven experience as an IT trainer or educator.
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
