About the Role
Jalusi Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Negotiate and enforce supplier contracts and agreements
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement supplier management strategies
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner
- Track and report key performance indicators related to supplier performance and cost savings
Requirements
- Matric certificate (advantage)
- 58 years of experience in procurement or supplier relationship management
- Experience in the Facilities Management, Property, or Built Environment sector is highly preferred
- Proven track record in managing strategic suppliers and complex contracts
- Professional Registration/ Trade CIPS and others would be an advantage
