About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Hluhluwe, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests in a luxury lodge environment. As a lifeguard, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be required to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of vigilance and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas and respond to emergencies
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (recognized body such as Lifesaving South Africa)
- CPR and First Aid certification (Level 1 or higher)
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Additional hospitality or guest service training advantageous
