About the Role

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Sleever Operator to join their team. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about operational excellence and committed to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently operate and monitor sleeving machinery to ensure optimal production output and quality.
Maintain a consistent and reliable presence through excellent attendance and punctuality.
Support team morale by remaining energetic and providing positive motivation to fellow staff members.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and resolve minor mechanical issues.
Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict company and client specifications.

Requirements

Passed Grade 12 (Matric).
N2 or N3 in Electrical engineering or Mechanical Engineering is advantageous.
Technical aptitude and a willingness to study towards completing N courses.
Excellent attendance and a good time-keeping record.
Highly self-motivated, energetic, and the ability to motivate others.

Qualifications

Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
