About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Executive Chef to join our team at Fusion Boutique Hotel in Polokwane, responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative cuisine and excellent leadership skills to lead and train kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu planning and food preparation
