About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor – Construction to join our team in Polokwane. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services to ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and interpret Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
Provide strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
Conduct thorough analysis of construction contracts and procurement processes
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost management
Travel to project sites as required

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7)
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Professional registration with SACQSP (essential)

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications in Quantity Surveying (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
