About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Auto Pedigree Polokwane South as a Sales Representative! We’re looking for a motivated individual with great sales skills to help us achieve our sales targets and promote our brand. If you have a passion for meeting sales goals and are confident in your ability to close deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, and monthly management of sales
- Familiarising yourself with the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles
- Developing strategies to retain and grow existing customer base
- Assisting with the setup of the showroom and displays
- Accompanying customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand
- Managing customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service
- Identifying and venturing into new revenue streams
- Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Relevant industry experience desirable
- Grade 12 NCA accreditation (advantageous)
- Code 08 unendorsed drivers license and own transport
- Computer literate
- Some understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry (an advantage)
- Knowledge of the areas most spoken languages (an advantage)
