About the Role
Motus Autoworx, a dynamic leader in the vehicle repair industry, is inviting applications for an Administrator position at our Port Elizabeth branch. We are seeking an honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible candidate to assist the Branch Manager with employee and operation administration, while ensuring the maximization of company profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the training file and capturing of training that takes place in the Branch
- Maintaining the leave files
- Assisting staff with leave queries
- Ordering of stationery
- Parts ordering
- Issuing of workshop uniforms
- Maintaining the OSHACT file
- Invoicing of jobs once repairs are completed & vehicles delivered
- GRVs RFCs CODs Scanning of all job files
- Ordering of refreshments
- Logging calls with repairs to office and workshop equipment
- Maintenance of the manufacturer Management and responsibility of the petty cash
- Assisting HR with HR-related queries in the branch
- Ad hoc duties within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 2 years and more relevant experience
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 drivers license (at least 2 years old)
- Computer literate
- An excellent command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written
