Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the insurance industry.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 7 years short-term insurance with 5 of the 7 years in a personal lines sales and service capacity in a broking environment.

  • Level 4 FETC Short-term Insurance Qualification
  • Passed FAIS Regulatory Exam
  • Higher Certificate in Insurance
  • Post matric qualification is an advantage (BComm Risk/Accounting, BBA)
