Job Purpose

The Data Capturer will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data across company systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and update data on internal systems and databases.

• Verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or errors.

• Maintain organised electronic and/or manual records.

• Generate basic reports as required.

• Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data capturing targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

• Proven data capturing or administrative experience (advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic to intermediate computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and data systems).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
