About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parts department, ensuring seamless inventory management and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Develop and implement effective organizational systems
- Analyze problems and develop solutions
- Utilize MS Office to optimize processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Matric or higher qualification
- Minimum 5–8 years in a similar managerial role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
