Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Performing daily disciplines around minimum KPI metrics. Contributing opportunity within the minimum metric guidelines. Collaboration with Field Sales Team. Enhance customer perception of Bitspace (PTY)LTD and market the brand efficiently and effectively. Performing administrative tasks as required, in particular those relating to Sales. Ensuring that clients receive an excellent experience in all aspects of our service. Assisting the other members of the admin team when needed. Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required ensuring the smooth running of the Sales. Personal Specifications: It is essential for the individual to be able to demonstrate the following: A positive attitude, excellent communication and influencing skills and thrive on achieving results. Disciplined approach and a dynamic working pace. Winning mentality and a desire to succeed. Empathic and helpful in nature, ability to work as part of a team. Focus and drive to meet targets on a consistent basis. Continually demonstrate a “right first time” approach. Good listening skills. Previous experience selling B2B is preferred. Experience with interacting and communicating with Business Owners, CEO’s, Director’s & Managers. Computer and Technology literate – Basic: Word and Microsoft packages. Valid and clean driving license.
