Decide on Eng. ops/budget cntl of capex/projects/implement/maintain records for planned maint schedules/WI/ CI/vertical/horisontal communication re. duties/compile/work with Action Plans/ensure deadlines met/report to GM & MD on duties/what were agreed upon. Must maintain/troubleshoot/repair plant premises/equip/ understand/have working/cleaning knowledge of all equip./ ops/production systems. Must apply/control/measure/ maintain all systems in dept./communicate FSMS/Hygiene/SHE requirements to staff/ensure fine tuning of process. equip./ QC/maintain products/workmanship to agreed standards.
