About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced National Key Accounts Manager to join their team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail FMCG sales and accounting, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead the retail channel group and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key account relationships with National and Regional Buyers
- Drive sales growth across the basket of products
- Interface with regional teams and sales agents to ensure effective distribution and merchandising
- Provide input and support to sales forecasting, waste management, and logistical supply chain processes
- Compile weekly and monthly feedback reports to business with supporting analysis and interpretation
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years retail FMCG sales experience dealing with National and Regional Buyers at a senior level
- Key accounting, preferably with exposure to the retail channel group and a working knowledge of its operations and fundamental business principles
- Ability to work independently in a self-discipline manner to deliver operational and administrative sales objectives
Qualifications
- Certified copy of ID attached (required for consideration)
- Matric certificate or equivalent (if applicable)
