Operations Manager | Food & Beverage Consultancy | Port Elizabeth
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading food and beverage consultancy based in Port Elizabeth. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills and proven experience within the hospitality and F&B industries.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities across consultancy projects.

Ensure efficient delivery of services to meet client expectations.

Manage and support staff, providing training and guidance where required.

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.

Drive operational improvements and implement effective processes.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Foster positive client relationships and support business development initiatives.
Requirements:

Proven operational management experience within hospitality or food and beverage.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Package:

Salary: R25,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
