Job Description
Take ownership of regional project delivery in a complex, multi-site environment. This is a leadership role for a hands-on project professional who brings structure, accountability, and commercial discipline to execution.
You will lead a regional project delivery function, managing Project Managers, Coordinators, and project finance/administration support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from prioritisation and authorisation through implementation, monitoring, and close-out, with a strong focus on governance and consistency.
Working closely with multiple internal workstreams and external stakeholders, you will drive alignment, remove delivery blockers, and strengthen customer relationships. The environment is fast-moving and outcomes-driven, requiring resilience, sound judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What Youll Do

Lead, coach, and performance-manage the regional project delivery team

Drive delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost targets

Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure execution readiness and delivery alignment

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and reporting

Manage project finances including budgets, spend plans, cashflow forecasting, and close-out

Identify and implement improvements to project processes, policies, and reporting

Ensure compliance with SHE, quality, and risk management requirements

Identify opportunities for additional revenue and value creation within the account
What You Bring
-
Qualification in Project Management plus a tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)

At least 7 years relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role

Strong knowledge of project, financial, and risk management principles

Proven stakeholder and customer relationship management capability

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project or similar project management tools

Working knowledge of the OHS Act and health and safety requirements

Valid Code 8 drivers licence

Professional registration is advantageous
