About the Role
The Sales Manager position at Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team. As a Seniority Level 2-3 candidate with experience in Funeral Insurance sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales and ensuring targets are met, and liaising with clients while maintaining compliance with FICA and FAIS regulations.

Requirements
- At least 2 -3 years’ experience in Funeral Insurance as a Sales Manager
- Proven experience within the SASSA Market and or Funeral or death policy market
- Valid unendorsed Driver’s licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
- Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
