About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Sales Manager to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage alternative sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • RE5 qualification
  • FAIS qualification (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in short-term and/or long-term insurance sales within a call centre environment (essential)
  • Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
  • Experience in Wills is advantageous
