A reputable company based in Pretoria requires an Area Business Manager: DUTIES: Role Overview Fulltime, onroad position covering six northern provinces in South Africa Responsible for leading a large sales team and managing key account customer groups Drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate sales representatives Develop and implement market and sales strategies Identify and pursue new business opportunities Achieve sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction Monitor industry trends and competitor activity Manage budgets and ensure compliance with company policies REQUIREMENTS: Strong sales, account management, and client relationship skills Proven leadership and team management experience Market research, business development, and data analysis capabilities Excellent problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills Proficiency with business software and CRM systems Ability to work on the road and understand industry dynamics Experience in packaging or retail is advantageous
