Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonthly capturing work on customers and suppliers for multiple clients, as well as doing monthly customer and supplier account reconciliations.Monthly capturing of bank accounts for multiple clients, as well as doing monthly bank reconciliations.Experience in liaising and building relationships with multiple clients.Other adhoc capturing work and reconciliations.Experience of and an understanding of the bookkeeping function up to trial balance A MUST.Capturing of own daily time-sheets.Additional experience in the following tasks would give the candidate an advantage in securing the position: balance sheet reconciliations, calculating and submitting vat returns review of income statement accounts and posting correction general journals maintaining fixed asset registers year end reconciliations and preparing working papers monthly payroll work for multiple clientsComputer LiteracyExperience in time tracking / maintaining daily time-sheets (VERY IMPORTANT).Experience with accounting practice management software systems.Proficient in MS Office.Proficient in Accounting Software systems, eg.
