Location: Centurion (with national travel required) Salary: R25,000 R30,000 Working Hours: Monday Thursday 07:15 16:00 | Friday 07:30 15:00 Available Positions: 1 Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: · Identify and secure new business and membership opportunities. · Develop and implement strategic business development plans. · Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients. · Maintain strong relationships with existing members and stakeholders. · Achieve monthly and annual growth targets. · Monitor market trends and competitor activity. · Represent the organization at networking events and industry forums. · Provide regular feedback and reporting to management. Job Requirements: · Degree in Marketing or Labour Law (LLB). · Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing. · ±10 years experience in the legal/labour law industry would be advantageous. · Strong negotiation and closing skills. · Excellent communication and presentation abilities. · Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. · Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer literacy. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
