Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CIMA clerk to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing daily accounting duties and providing support to senior finance staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting duties
Process debits and credits
Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting
Support month-end closing procedures
Provide support to senior finance staff
Maintain accurate financial records
Perform general financial and administrative tasks

Requirements

Currently studying towards a CIMA qualification (or recently started)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Computer literate (MS Excel and relevant accounting software)
Good organisational and time-management skills
Afrikaans is the primary working language; preference will be given to Afrikaans-speaking candidates
Proficiency in English will be advantageous
