Youll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our online storeensuring products are listed accurately, orders are processed seamlessly, and customers enjoy a flawless shopping experience.This is a handson role where youll manage everything from product uploads and promotions to reporting and customer queries, while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimise the Shopify store (products, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory).Process online orders, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers/support.Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and basic theme customisations.Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns.Ensure SEOfriendly product descriptions and effective onsite merchandising.Handle customer queries via email, chat, or social platforms.Generate and analyse reports on sales, traffic, and customer behaviour.Ensure compliance with payment gateways, courier partners, and data protection standards.Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and product launches.Skills & Experience13 years experience in e-commerceShopify admin proficiency (products, orders, apps, themes).
