About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales and finance department, you will be responsible for managing fleet deals, performing against targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle LCV | Commercial Volume Fleet Deals as part of their function
- Perform against Targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
- Must be able to handle LCV | Commercial Volume Fleet Deals as part of their function
- Ability to perform against Targets
- Matric Certificate
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
- COB Completed
