About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales and finance department, you will be responsible for managing fleet deals, performing against targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle LCV | Commercial Volume Fleet Deals as part of their function
  • Perform against Targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
  • Must be able to handle LCV | Commercial Volume Fleet Deals as part of their function
  • Ability to perform against Targets
  • Matric Certificate
  • NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
  • RE Accreditation
  • NCA Accreditation
  • CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
  • COB Completed
