Job PurposeThe Reception & Data Entry Clerk provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisations front office and claims data processes. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, professional reception and communication services, and maintaining well-organised administrative records.The Reception & Data Entry Clerk acts as a central point of contact, ensuring that all interactions reflect the companys standards of professionalism, efficiency, and service excellence. By adhering to established procedures and maintaining meticulous attention to detail, the Reception & Data Entry Clerk contributes to the accuracy of business information, the effectiveness of communication flow, and the overall quality of client service within the organisation.Claim Submission Printing All claims are printed accurately and on time; submission reports are reconciled with no discrepancies.Data Entry Claim data is consistently accurate, verified, and aligned with internal SOPs and quality standards.Reception, Switchboard & Client Service Calls are answered within three rings, transferred correctly, handled courteously; client and colleague feedback reflects service excellence.Education & ExperienceMatric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification required.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Own reliable transport.Valid drivers license.Working ConditionsOffice-based environment.
