About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our upmarket restaurant in Pretoria East, which is set to open in April 2026. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants and can demonstrate their expertise in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery
Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations
Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Collaborate with the restaurant’s management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
