About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team in Pretoria, North. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, with a strong ability to manage multiple units and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 50 Units per month
- Perform against Targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in a similar role
- Proven Track Record
- Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
- Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
