Pretoria: Financial Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: – Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy of financial reporting – Review work completed by Accountants – Compile intercompany loan schedules – Process month-end and year-end journals – Submit statutory returns and ensure compliance with SARS regulations – Prepare income tax and provisional tax returns – Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly – Liaise with SARS and address queries – Manage and develop the finance team – Liaise with auditors and compile audit information – Monitor and manage cash flow – Oversee accurate payroll processing – Approve credit applications – Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls – Develop and analyse budgets and forecasts – Perform ad hoc financial tasks as required Qualifications & Experience: – CA(SA) highly preferable – 2 years post-articles experience – Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting – Experience in developing and maintaining internal control environments – Solid staff management experience – Strong Excel skills – Proficient in MS Office Suite – Exposure to Sage advantageous – Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills – Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines Apply Now If you are an ambitious Financial Manager looking to take on a strategic leadership role within a forward-thinking organisation, apply directly today at
