About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Draughtsman to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. As a key member of our technical drawings department, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings for automotive manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD)
  • Understand and apply knowledge of Mechanical Components and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarize yourself with PLM or PDM Systems to enhance drawing efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Technical Drawings within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry
  • National Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Draughting, or Related field
