Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

Create and maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.

Track work orders, ensuring they are completed on time and according to standards.

Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
-
Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
-
Assist with budgeting and purchasing for maintenance-related needs.
-
Provide administrative support to the maintenance department.

Identify and report equipment failures and safety hazards.
-
Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for task tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.
-
2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities coordination role.
-
Experience with CMMS software
Skills:
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
-
Knowledge of OSHA and safety protocols is desirable.
