About the Role

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all buildings, machinery, equipment, and reticulation systems within the organisation. This includes implementing a structured maintenance plan to guide the organisation over a 3-year period, with budget and timelines. The successful candidate will ensure reliable service of technical requirements, including high voltage electrical fault detection and repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform statutory and ad hoc inspections of all buildings, machinery, equipment, and reticulation systems
  • Implement Capital Programme over 3 years business plan through a structured maintenance plan
  • Ensure reliable service of stage technical requirement, inclusive of high voltage electrical fault detection and fault repair
  • Maintain and ensure buildings services, including fault detection and fault repairs in respect of air conditioning, plumbing, and electricity
  • Prioritise repairs and maintenance
  • Compile three-year maintenance and upgrade plan
  • Maintain CCTV network and access control systems
  • Maintain foyer and stage call systems
  • Fire detection system service and regular testing
  • Security radio and repeater systems upkeep and operation
  • HVAC BMS upkeep and operation
  • Stage machinery low voltage control systems liaison

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
  • 5 Years technical experience
  • 3 Years managerial experience
  • Computer Skills (Ms word & Excel)
  • Communication
