About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechatronic Engineer to lead our drilling technology programme. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to make meaningful decisions and drive technical direction, partner relationships, and engineering decisions. You will be responsible for translating complex concepts into operational machines and coordinating a team of expert partners across robotics, hydraulics, software, and structural design.
