Are you passionate about creating, developing, and implementing all visual merchandising programmes? A well-known brand is seeking a commercial and creative Field Visual Merchandiser based in Johannesburg to elevate in-store presentation and ensure flawless brand consistency across an allocated portfolio of stores. In this role, you will execute striking window and interior displays that optimize customer flow, align merchandising with promotional calendars, and use sell-through data to maximize sales impact. Actively supporting store openings and campaign rollouts, you will also conduct regular visual audits and train in-store teams to maintain impeccable presentation standards in line with current retail and design trends. Requirements: · Relevant Bachelors Degree (graphic design, interior design, spatial design & retail management) · 3 Years Experience in Visual Merchandising · Experience Designing Storefronts: Mood Boards and Sourcing of Props etc · Strong Computer Literacy · Professional portfolio DB Recruitment is fully compliant with the POPI Act 2013.
