Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join our client’s manufacturing team in Worcester, Western Cape. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
- Provide expertise in working within a unionised environment and supporting a large blue-collar workforce
- Ensure fair, effective, and compliant HR practices across the business
Requirements
- Relevant HR degree
- Strong IR skills
- Solid knowledge of disciplinary processes and employee relations within a manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications
- Formal education in Human Resources or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
