Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intranet content management and basic maintenance
• Administer and manage SharePoint environments
• Support the organisation’s data analytics initiatives
• Provide frontline service desk and IT support
• Troubleshoot and resolve systems queries across departments
• Assist with dashboard development using Power BI
• Coordinate with third-party IT service providers to ensure optimal service delivery

Job Experience, Skills, and Attributes Required:

Education:

• Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in IT or a related field

Experience:

• 2–3 years hands-on IT experience, preferably in a systems support role
• Exposure to business systems in industries like mining or plant processing is advantageous

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of IT systems and database structures
• SharePoint administration experience
• Basic Power BI dashboard development
• Service desk or user support experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results-driven and goal-oriented

• Excellent technical abilities
