About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Boneo Placement Services in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for various departments.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, organize documents, and ensure accuracy and accessibility of records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Requirements

Grade 12 is a must-have qualification. Relevant administrative experience is an asset.

Qualifications

Business Administration qualification (e.g., Diploma or degree) is required.
