About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. As a key support function, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing financial administration, and assisting with executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth running of the office
- Manage suppliers, office supplies, and general administration
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics
- Assist with VAT submissions and supporting documentation (±12 days per week)
- Maintain accurate financial records and data capturing
- Reconciliations and general finance work on Sage Pastel
- Provide personal and administrative support to management
- Manage diaries, correspondence, and general coordination
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid numeracy skills
- Bcom Law Degree
- 1 Year’s Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Sage Pastel or similar accounting systems
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Valid drivers license and own transport
