About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support a busy Financial Advisor in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and has exceptional administrative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Financial Advisor’s diary, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate client reviews, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports, and documentation.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and client communications.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and client records.
  • Assist with data capturing and updating client information.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) required.
  • Relevant qualification in Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator, or Financial Services Administrator preferred.
  • Experience with Life Insurance, Investments, Medical Aid, and Short-Term Insurance will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience within the Financial Services industry will be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and client service will be an advantage.
