About the Role

Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Co-Ordinator to ensure effective project coordination and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, insurance, and project management. As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, developing market trends, and ensuring the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and Develop new opportunities and markets

  • Develop new relationships with relevant key role players
  • Identify, penetrate, and develop new markets
  • Establish and research market trends to strategically address client benefits
  • Monitor and report on insurance and industry developments
  • Maintain contacts with key decision makers and insurance industry resources (new and existing)
  • Determine and address marketing needs
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide updated on competitor developments
  • Conduct presentations in the market on client’s product and services
  • Ensure business retention
  • Increase effective and profitable markets
  • Ensure high quality business

* Project and Event coordination

  • Coordinate and participate in identified projects
  • Assist in events management & execution (e.g., functions and events)
  • Plan and arrange social responsibility & sponsorship campaigns and activities
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders
  • Promote the brand

* Complaints Co-ordination

  • Liaise with Complaints department and follow up with clients’ sales department until resolved
  • Maintain brand and reputation

* Interdepartmental communication

  • Liaise with Sales to collate and compile competitions, statistics
  • Reports coordination and compilation
  • Liaise with other internal stakeholders

Requirements

* 2 years administration experience

* 1-year Project Management related as an advantage

* 2 years Insurance industry experience

* 1-2 years’ experience in category A

* Matric

* Insurance-related qualification
