About the Role
Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to ensure effective project coordination & relationship building. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, project management skills, and knowledge of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop new opportunities and markets
- Develop new relationships with relevant key role players
- Identify, penetrate and develop new markets
- Establish and research market trends to strategically address client benefit
- Monitor and report on insurance and industry developments
- Maintain contacts with key decision makers and insurance industry resources (new and existing)
- Determine and address marketing needs
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide updated on competitor developments
- Conduct presentations in the market on client’s product and services
- Ensure business retention
- Increase effective and profitable markets
- Ensure high quality business
- Project and Event coordination
- Co-ordinate and participate in identified projects
- Assist in events management & execution (e.g. functions and events)
- Plan and arrange social responsibility & sponsorship campaigns and activities
- Provide support to internal stakeholders
- Promote the brand
- Complaints Co-ordination
- Liaise with Complaints department and follow up with clients’ sales department till resolved
- Maintain brand and reputation
- Interdepartmental communication
- Liaise with Sales to collate and compile competitions, statistics
- Reports coordination and compilation
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2 years administration experience
- 1-year Project Management related as an advantage
- 2 years Insurance industry experience
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in category A
- Matric
- Insurance related qualification
- RE 5 as an advantage
