Job Summary
Hire Resolves client in the Construction industry is urgently seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Pretoria!
As a Quantity Surveyor, youll play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of construction projectsfrom initial estimates through to the final figures. Our client is known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and theyre looking for someone who shares the same passion for excellence and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules
-
Monitor project progress and keep detailed records
-
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
-
Manage contractual claims and procurement processes
-
Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
-
Minimum of 35 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction sector
-
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
-
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
-
Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., CCS, BuildSmart, MS Excel)
