A leading Industrial & Commercial project developer in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Managing costs on a wide variety of building projects
Oversee and report all site cost management functions
Preparing tender and contract documents
Assigning work to subcontractors

Requirements

BSc in Quantity Surveying
Proficient in CCS/Candy
Proficient in BuildSmart
Familiar with QTO measuring
Must be familiar with JBCC Contracts
Minimum of 5 years of experience
