Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
