Job Description
Job Specification:
Promote company’s leading brand of products to customers visiting the stores.
Assist customers in store.
Provide sales service in store on copy centre, orders, passport id, etc.
Demo all products from a photo book to a camera.
Reach sales targets.
Welcome and greet customers and ask questions to determine their needs.
Advise customers by providing information on products.
Answer queries from customers.
Report discrepancies and problems to the Retail Sales Manager.
Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Deal with customer refunds.
Keep the store tidy and clean.
Keep up to date with special promotions and put up displays.
Promoting on -going sales, and ensuring that customers are familiar with exchange policies.
Requirements:
We require people with at least 3 years sale experience
A working knowledge of either Copy Centre, printing or photographic.
Must be computer and internet literate.
