About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales and commercial administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotations
  • Process and confirm customer orders
  • Generate and issue invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support online sales administration
  • Procurement and Inventory
  • Place supplier orders locally and internationally
  • Monitor stock levels and plan purchasing cycles
  • Track inbound shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Financial and Reporting Support
  • Assist with margin and cost tracking
  • Reconcile supplier invoices
  • Maintain clean and organised documentation
  • Provide operational updates to leadership
  • Logistics and Coordination
  • Coordinate courier dispatch and collections
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Resolve supply chain or delivery issues

Requirements

  • 37 years of experience in operations, sales administration, supply chain, or a similar environment
  • Strong financial and administrative accuracy
